EXPERIENCE
While in this position I was part of a small team that was responsible for managing all aspects of running a fantasy MMORPG (massively multiplayer online role playing game). My specific tasks were: Scheduling game events, sharing tasks between team members fairly, using databases and helping gamers with problems. An early part of the job was to create character and item descriptions before the translator joined the team and translated these from the original language for us.
I worked on character designs (160x160 bitmap images) for SatNavVoices.com, a company that sells downloadable voices for in-car satellite navigation system. The images appear both on the site and on the ‘sat nav’ devices themselves. I have produced over 25 characters to date.
For The Drug Rape Trust, I storyboarded a dramatic advert called Spiked. In Spiked, a man spikes people’s drinks and the film focuses on one woman whom he has attacked. By working directly with Producer/Director Suzanne Jones, I ensured that her vision was fulfilled and her vision for the short was laid out in full colour storyboards
